Recently the forums of EVE are littered with posts about the new expansion, people saying “It’s gonna be sexy!” others saying “WTFBBQ I don’t need this crap!”. I read an article this morning by Tony “Tonglil” of EVE Warrior, that is pretty much exactly how I feel about the expansion.
- It is forcing people into PvP.
There are “zones” for combat to take over a solar system. These places are in low sec systems. When I was on my way to the system, I thought, what if some pirate camped at a gate that was out of a combat zone. He would have lots of chances for striking down on someone, even though that person is going to fight for their faction. What good will you do if you arrive in a pod?
