Recently, Simon and I have reached a point in EVE where we are now waiting 30+ days for our next level of skills to roll over, for better shit, which will launch into unknown territory to kill or be killed. However, we can only farm so many NPC in a day. Introducing, Combat Arms!
This is a lot like the F2P game War Rock, except made by Americans, in America, and running on American servers. No Korean crap here.
This is a fast paced FPS, with a ranking system, stats system, and money system. Each item is purchased with GP (Game Points) and you can have that item for 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, depending on how much you want to spend. The longer you buy it for, the more you save on a daily basis.
Experience and money is automatically generated at the end of each round, and you get anywhere from 150 to 250 a game. The game loads EXTREMELY fast and is built for everyone to play, not just quad core, quad SLI beasts. I can log into the game, to the main lobby, in less than 10 seconds, and the maps load in about 2.5 seconds. Maybe less. With detailed player models and weapons, the terrain needs a bit of work (hence why it can load so fast) but other than that, Simon and I both give this game two thumbs up.
